The Stock 50c project is functional and energy-efficient.
Innovative construction solutions make it possible to construct increasingly effective engineering systems that use less energy for heating and cooling. All offices and warehouses have separate heating and ventilation systems. Each user can independently adjust the ventilation levels and indoor temperature. This allows users to pay only for the energy consumption of their individual enterprises. We use insulation materials that are more efficient than what is required in the minimum standards. Energy conservation is supported by heat recovery forced ventilation, efficient air source heat pumps, and windows with a U-value of 1,1 kWh/(m2a). The roofs are equipped with solar panels that use the resulting energy in the daily operation of the building and assist in reducing energy costs and environmental waste.

Operational energy costs of the building are low.
Extra costs to the lease amounts are much lower than in the old buildings of this type.
